Ministry

Statement of Faith

  • We believe in the 66 canonical books of the Bible in its entirety and is God's revealed Word, fully-inspired, accurate and reliable with regard to all matters of faith and conduct as they were originally written. We hold to the Bible as the plumb line for the things we do.
  • We believe that there is one God, the Creator and Sustainer of all life, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, true humanity and His sinless life; His miracles, substitutionary death and shed blood on the Cross for our sins, in His bodily resurrection from the dead, in His ascension and exhaltation to the right hand of the Father where He presently reigns as Lord and High Priest.
  • We believe that all people are born with a sinful nature early in life; that our only hope of salvation is through repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.
  • We believe in God's call to a holy life separated from sin and corrupted values of the world, and to a life of growth in the character and ministry of our Lord.
  • We believe the Lord's Supper is a symbolic act of obedience where by Christians, through partaking of the bread and cup, memorialize the death of Christ and anticipate His second coming. We believe this ordinance should be celebrated frequently.
  • We believe that it is the obligation and privilege of the church to witness by life and by word to the truths of Holy Scripture and to seek to proclaim the Gospel to all the world.
  • We believe that Satan is real according to the Scripture and is the author of sin. He seeks to destroy the work of God upon the earth but will one day be defeated as described in the Book of Revelation.
  • We believe that a prerequisite to membership in our fellowship is a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as one's Personal Savior, along with the willingness to unite with the church, should come a commitment to be an active part of the church life. One should support this fellowship with their participation in worship, giving of time and talents as well as financial resources.

Worship Services

  •  Worship services are traditional, Bible-based meetings held every Sunday morning, 10:15 a.m.
  • Communion is held the first Sunday every month.
  • During services we recognize the traditional hymns and a special message for the children.
  • Hearing devices are available in the foyer of the church and are always available for use if needed.
  • Prayer requests are an important part of our worship and are recognized at every church service.
